Host Home

♦  Bridging Family spends a lot of time and focus in finding great homes. We are looking for people and environments that we see as being great family environments. We work together with the people looking for service, their family, their support group and our family to find the best fit possible. Our goal is to find a fit that lasts a lifetime. In fact, many of our members have been with their families for decades – truly part of a family.

Family Care Giver

♦  You have been providing care for a family member for years, now you just need a little more support. You want to find a place that can support you and your loved one with the same sense of family that you already have.

♦ We can help you. We provide the following support:

♦ Help find respite to give you time off

♦ Provide all the training you need

♦ Regular in-home visits to keep regular communication about the support you need

♦ Help coordinate your family member’s medical needs
